Jena Bladl, MSW, LCSW

Jena began her journey in the helping field as a special education assistant during high school, where she discovered a strong passion for both early childhood development and special education. She continued to pursue this passion by earning her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education while working in childcare settings, participating in mission work abroad, and volunteering in her community. After completing her degree, Jena started her own family and successfully operated an accredited in-home childcare program.
Driven by a desire to support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, Jena went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Work. Throughout her career, she has gained over seven years of experience providing services through Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Community Support Programs (CSP). Her professional background also includes work with the ARC Maternal and Infant Program in collaboration with the Department of Corrections, as well as experience in respite care and ongoing therapeutic practice.
While working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, she not only developed skills with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also developed a strong interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has completed specialized training in DBT and has co-facilitated skills groups. She continues to expand her clinical expertise through advanced training in play therapy and other specialized therapeutic approaches.
In her free time, Jena enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family. She values time in nature, reading, and connecting with friends.
